Now less than a month left in Japan 😦
How I will miss it.
But now, its time for a food update!
The amuse. Tomato with jelly
Fish course. Yum yum. Crispy on the outside and moist inside
Hot bread to mop up the sauce
Cold pumpkin soup to get ready for the main event
And cooked and ready.
Wagu beef with mushrooms.
The beef was so unbelievably good. It did melt in your mouth (I did not believe people before when they said that) and it had such a rich flavour. I think this is the best beef I have ever had!
Then it was time to retire to the dessert area
So good. I would definitely go back again.
